The lawsuit alleges that the CEO Bryan "Birdman" Williams and the company denied a significant amount of money that he owes his relation to another unreleased album, rapper, Tha Carter V. Since the label had not paid him money, which he says he owes, Wayne argues that it should be able to leave cash.
Rapper hopes to end a contract with the label and asks all the right joint, released via Young Monya. Earlier, the rapper publicly opposed Cash Money, tweeting, "I want from this label," and called himself a prisoner. Tha Carter V originally released in May last year, but was delayed for release December; he did not come, and the website still advertises Cash Money him as "coming soon."

Drake & Nicki are Legally signed under Young Money. They don't have a decision wether to stay with birdman or go with wayne. Those are Lil Wayne's artist and by contract law, they have to roll with Weezy. Get ya shit straight people...

The Record industry is so full of corruption (some legal, much illegal but difficult to prove). Every day artists are manipulated and robbed of money earned of their talents - and little to what the label does.
