Musician was arrested after an altercation in a tailspin sedan in the furnace Creek Resort, which is located in Death Valley National Park. He was charged with assault misdemeanor public intoxication and vandalism. He was released after "detox and citations," said sheriff's department Inyo.
"Shortly after midnight on Jan. 27, sending the sheriff received a call about a verbal and physical altercation that took place in a tailspin sedan owned by the furnace Creek Ranch in Death Valley National Park.
