Martin Garrix Reveals He Has More Than 20 Tracks Finished

The rise to stardom for Martin Garrix has been remarkable. Ever since the release of "Animals" last summer, the 18-year old has traveled all around the world, headlining the biggest festivals including CoachellaLollapaloozaTomorrowlandElectric Daisy Carnival Las VegasUltra Music Festival and many more. The youngest DJ to ever hit number one with "Animals" on Beatport, Martin Garrix has not stopped leaping pass new milestones with each passing month. Even with such a busy schedule and life, he has found the time to continue making more music and as he revealed in a recent interview to dance blog, EDM Sauce, he has at least 20 more tracks on the way.

Some of the tracks include his upcoming collaboration "Rewind, Repeat It " alongside Ed Sheeran, "Music Box" with Hardwell, "Dragon" with Matisse & Sadko and another with his best friend from another mother, Julian Jordan. The collaboration with Ed Sheeran has gotten a lot of coverage because of how unexpected such a work would be and the anticipation of what a track from two artists at the peak of their genre would sound like. The other collaborations should help propel the superstar Dutch DJ / producer to even grander heights and stages in the dance world, notably as he works alongside the two-time DJ Mag top 100 poll winner, Hardwell.

With so many songs finished it would be interesting to see what he does with them and how he is able to release them. Traditional thinking would say put them into an album, but if they don't create a cohesive body of work that wouldn't fit, but with so much music ready to go it would be nice to see it possibly in the form of an EP. He revealed in the past in an interview with Dutch radio legend Wessel van Diepen that he has been producing pop and hip hop, so these could be part of those. Either way, get ready for a lot of new Martin Garrix music over the upcoming months. Check out his recent single "Virus (How About Now)" to hold you over until then.
